POKÉMON SLEEP · GROWING ROOM
Best opportunities
to level up✦
Spend on a bottleneck, not just another level. Compare recipe coverage and existing team roles before committing scarce shards and family candy.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR PRIORITIES
What would actually help?
Normal candy costs are shown. Cooking Week (Oct. 5–12) has Mini Candy Boost: fewer candies, higher shard cost. Check the in-game toggle.
Your recipe levels, current team, and pot size aren’t in the export. Recipe coverage uses named ingredients from saved builds and allows rotations within the chosen team slots. The existing healer lead is reserved outside the farming pool. Its incidental ingredients, random skill ingredients, and healer feedback are excluded. Enter your effective pot size to check access.
Your spending plan
Compare first, then add upgrades. Shared family candy and shards are counted once across the whole plan. Production gains are assessed separately, not added together.

Useful milestones
Costs are from the saved level and EXP to each target, using ordinary candy. Candy is shared by evolution family; each opportunity is considered separately. Account priorities require a recipe improvement or a stronger replacement for an existing lead helper. Raw sorts remain available for exploration.
How these comparisons work
“Max” means the strongest individual helper for the selected metric, first at its saved level and then with every supported helper at your trainable level cap. This is a level-only ceiling, not a perfect new Pokémon or a team prediction. Evolutions, seeds, nature changes, ribbons, and Candy Boost are excluded.
Daily output uses the same analyzer as Pokémon details: 8.5 hours of sleep, collection every 3 hours, fading energy, and no additional Helping Bonus teammates or camp. Main-skill recovery and teammate effects are not fed back into production. Ingredients have no cooking strength assigned. Helpers with unmodeled direct skill effects are excluded from strength ranking.
Locked saved ingredient slots are used when they unlock. Skill Level Up subskills increase the effective main skill level when newly unlocked. Production is an estimate; small differences can reflect simulation sampling. Cost estimates preserve captured EXP progress and next-level requirements, then follow the public growth tables. Handy Candy, type candy, clusters, and sleep EXP are not spent automatically.

Practical ranking is an editable planning heuristic: recipe bottlenecks come first, then role upgrades that can beat existing leads. Auto mode skips recipes whose entire 3-meal, Lv. 1 ceiling is below an already-supported benchmark in the same category. Recipe levels are not known, so this is an equal-level scenario. Resource efficiency divides the modeled improvement by its share of the shard budget plus its share of usable family candy. Unevolved forms need an evolution review first; shard-farmer upgrades taking over 180 days of additional skill shards to repay the shard spend are deferred. These are planning guardrails, not universal meta rules. Recipe LP estimates select leading producers per ingredient and mixed producers; rotations are approximate and don’t simulate switching or energy recovery.
Current recipe tables and strategic context: Neroli’s Lab recipes, team composition guide, skill roles guide. Strategy guidance is subjective; your build and recipe goal drive this planner.
Normal candy costs are shown. During Cooking Week, Mini Candy Boost trades fewer candies for more shards; check the in-game toggle before spending. Event production bonuses aren’t applied to this long-term plan.
