POKÉMON SLEEP · INGREDIENT SPECIALISTS
Ingredient analyzer✦
Your best farmer for each ingredient, the upgrades worth considering in each saved build, and what it costs to get there. AAA means the same ingredient in all three slots, including the locked slot at 60.

Species to look for
All supported final-form ingredient specialists that can gather this ingredient, including species you don’t own. Each uses a shared Lv. benchmark: Quiet nature, Ingredient Finder M/S and Helping Speed M/S at their listed unlocks. The AAA filter applies here too. This is a standardized comparison, not an optimized perfect-build maximum.
How output and resources are calculated
Saved-build maximum searches every reachable evolution stage and level from the captured level to the account’s trainable cap, using the saved nature, subskills, and ingredient identities. It is the highest modeled amount of the selected ingredient, not total mixed ingredients. A new slot can dilute another ingredient: its best level may be below the cap. Evolution changes species speed, ingredient rate and quantities, carry limit, and main skill level. Each new evolution adds one main skill level, capped at the evolved skill maximum. Saved nature and subskills remain fixed; seeds and nature changes are excluded.
Daily output uses the existing analyzer: 8.5 hours of sleep, collections every 3 hours, fading energy, no camp, no ribbons, and no additional Helping Bonus teammates. Only gathered named ingredients count. Random skill ingredients, healer feedback, cooking strength, and events are excluded. Estimates average 4,000 simulated days; small differences can be sampling noise. “Theoretical” describes this scenario, not a guaranteed daily harvest.
Candy and Dream Shards are incremental from saved EXP to the indicated target. Evolution candy and required items are added once per planned step; Dream Shards pay for leveling. Level requirements gate each stage. Shared sleep and time-of-day requirements are flagged for checking because the saved export cannot confirm them. Item shortfalls use the saved inventory. Shop purchase costs are not assumed. Ordinary candy costs include EXP nature and overflow. Family candy and shards are shared: candidates are alternatives, and their budgets cannot all be spent independently. Handy Candy, type candy, clusters, sleep EXP, and Candy Boost are not used. Missing growth curves or slots remain unknown. Already-reached current-form targets cost zero. Past evolutions are not charged again. Catching an unowned reference build has no known level, EXP, or resource cost.
Carry limits include five slots per previous evolutionary stage, including evolved Pokémon caught in the wild, as specified by the official v2.9 update. The species benchmark uses Ingredient Finder M at 10, Ingredient Finder S at 25, Helping Speed M at 50, Helping Speed S at 70, and Helping Bonus at 80; only unlocked subskills apply. For mixed references, the selected ingredient is chosen wherever the species allows it; other slots use the smallest available quantity. Other legal natures, inventories, and subskill combinations can outperform this benchmark. Ingredient rate, speed, inventory, and slot quantities come from the existing production catalog and references. Neroli’s team guide discusses rotating ingredient farmers through a limited number of slots.
Evolution requirements: Serebii’s species evolution tables (each step’s source is recorded in evolutions.json). Species graph and capacity formula: Neroli’s public data and the official v2.9 capacity update. Requirements checked October 12, 2026.
Practical targets are a resource-aware heuristic, not a perfect team optimizer. Compare evolution, subskill, and ingredient breakpoints through Lv. 60 (including 29/59 before mixed-line dilution), preserve existing investment, and require at least +3 named ingredients/day and +10%. Rank gain divided by one plus resource burden: candy is scaled to half the saved family balance (25–400), shards to one eighth of saved shards (5,000–100,000). Shortfalls add extra burden; missing evolution items halve the score and unconfirmed conditions reduce it by a quarter. Unknown candy balance uses a 400-candy scale; unpriced upgrades are not recommended. Lv. 70 remains available in the milestone table, but is excluded from practical targets. These alternatives share the same resource pool and are not a spending plan.
